Observations Unsolicited

the economy's tanked

thank the CEO

Oh boy! Old patriarchy

is hard on

there like ketchup

drippled down a silk tie,

but don't cry

it's not real blood

and besides, we've got chemicals

for that anyway.

Good question.

And as the moon gets the bends,

and the old mill stream goes anorexic

showing its ribs of river-rock,

and the yellow ribbon around the old oak tree

becomes the anthem of burly loggers,

it's a Wonder

the Bread of life

hasn't been taken off the market,

given the glutonous intolerances

of today

But that's OK,

even without SpellCheck

we'll learn, however slowly,

to write "eucharist" correctly.
