The Glory of God.

Source: ucg.org
All things reflect the glory of God
Because God is inside everything.
God is within me, within you, within him, within her.
God is inside all of us.

We all express God’s glory
And should express God’s glory fully.
God. Glory. You. Me. Us. Them.
If you hurt me, I would see God in you and forgive.

Not the wickedness of the ignorance that hurt me
I would see the God in you who will heal me and heal you.
I won’t be focused on the bad in you.
I will focus on God in you.

I must take the high road, prendre de la hauteur!
I must not fight with the perceived wickedness in you.
I must consider the hidden glory of God in you,
And not feed my resentment.

Not only resentment doesn’t do me any good
It’s like taking the wide and easy path.
May God in you heal all of us!

Well said at this time, with the ongoing turmoil in everyone’s life. It seems like everybody is on a short fuse during all this downtime with the Covid 19.. Thanks for the insightful reminder that God is in everyone and all things..

    Well said, Dr. Dodzi!
We need to see God in each one of us!

Dodzi, for me, your thinking is consistent with the “Hail Mary” prayer. When I meet you, I should say “Hail Dodzi, full of grace!” and you could say “Hail Robert, full of grace!” What a nice start that would be to our encounter!
