Getting a Great Education
Starting out at St. Paul’s was a significant but good change from St. John Brebeuf. For the first week or so it took some getting used to. However the older kids (Gr. 11, Gr. 12) were very friendly and helpful. Whenever I didn’t know where a class was, I’d ask another student, and they would direct me to it. Sometimes they would even take me there themselves. About two weeks into school, I knew how to get to all my classes and I really felt like I fit in.
I wanted to come to St Paul’s for a number of reasons. Ever since about grade 5, my dad had talked about me attending St. Paul’s. I always thought that was a good idea as my experience and knowledge of the school made me think that it would be a great fit for me. First my cousin went and he loved it, then my brother went and he loved it, and now I’m going and I’m loving it. I knew St. Paul’s would provide me with a great education, great sports program and as well, it has assisted me in developing my social skills.
My experience at St. Paul’s has been excellent so far. I have already made many new friends and have formed better relationships with people that I already knew. I am currently on the volleyball team and It is going great. St. Paul’s has wonderful programs for every sport, pushing all athletes to be their best.
The teachers are friendly and supportive and they make the classes interesting and fun. Already I feel that I am getting a great education at St. Paul’s!
