There is a point in time
When compromises and concessions do not satisfy anymore
When the call for the plain truth knocks at the door of our heart.

There is a point in time
When, after a series of hesitations
After delaying the making of the right decision for whatever reasons
A moment of strength and light suddenly arises.

There is a point in time 
That a deep feeling propels us 
To act with conviction
When we finally have the courage to not back away anymore.

In these moments, 
We feel, we know that backing away is not an option anymore.
We feel the eyes of our destiny upon us
Urging us to make a lasting impact on the events.

Pilate felt it very strongly   
Knowing that he could not compromise anymore
Nor continue to listen to other voices,  The voice of bad faith.

 Confronted with the ultimate obstacle
He displayed a unique determination 
And boldly defended the truth:

What I have written, I have written.
