Matthew 6: 21/ 13:44

Source:123rf.com

Sunrise. Again.

But before pulling on your boots

Take time

1…2…3…4…5…

To touch your treasure

And feel your heart there.

People. Again.

Workers, farmhands

Some firm, some flighty

But before sending them into gloves

Take time

1…2…3…4…5…

To touch your treasure

And feel your heart there.

Tractor. Again.

Spade, stirrup hoe

But before opening the earth

Take time

1…2…3…4…5…

To touch your treasure

And feel your heart there.

Yesterday

With every bit you had saved

You bought this pregnant field.

Today

Buy it again.

And every time

1…2…3…4..5…

You bend down

To touch its treasure

Wait until you feel your heart there.
