Now that there’s no tension to write about

and struggles are resolved

even the need to point the finger

to the one who caused the fork in the road

is gone.

But is this a new fork?

A quiet one it seems

one which requires the uncovering of the stone

and the bending of the ear

and to look and listen.

Now accomplishments are done

Now is the time for invitation

both given and received.
